Tool Design & Manufacturing

SKH Automotive has an in-house tool room, which is the heart of our operations. We design, build and maintain all tooling in-house. Our tool room is equipped with a complete range of Conventional, CNC and EDM machines to meet the requirements of our customers from simple to complex and combination tools using a computer-aided design system.

Our design team work in close coordination with the client from product design stage itself to optimize the process for large-scale manufacturing of parts. Our Engineering and Tooling departments support our goals of zero defects and continuous improvement by maintaining our tooling in excellent running condition, by utilizing in-die sensors, and by keeping current on the latest technologies.
